Cheese
Most local cheeses are made by the Amish method. This method generally involves milk from
hormone-free cows and no preservatives.
This makes for a healthier and much better tasting cheese. So we naturally prefer Ohio Amish Cheese.
Our
Signature local cheeses include Swiss, Baby Swiss, Sharp Swiss, Amish Butter
Cheese, Yogurt
Cheese, and several variations of each.
While we have added in some imports due to an increased demand for
variety and will continue to do so, we still only provide cheeses that meet up
to our high standards.Some of our imported cheeses include:
Canadian Cheddar, Chevre, Danish Blue Cheese, Gouda, Gruyere, Jarlsberg, Manchego, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Provalone, and Romano. We also carry some variations of these cheeses.
Our white and Orange Cheddars are made in New York, and Wisconsin provides us with our American Cheeses, Muenster, Brick, Limburger, and Beer Cheeses.
