Good Morning.  We hope that you all are having happy weekend and enjoying some family time and hot cocoa in this beautiful snowy weather if you are here up north!

We wanted to take a moment to update you in regards to holiday order statuses.

First of all, our top priority is getting your orders to you by the 24th if you placed them by December 13.  Santa and our cellar dweller “elves” are working around the clock to fulfill orders and update tracking information!

If you placed your order by the deadline of December 13, it should arrive by today.  Any that do not, will definitely be there by Thursday the 24th.  We want to apologize if you have called or requested tracking info and have not received a response in a timely fashion.

In addition to COVID-19 delaying the mail, we have been understaffed during this holiday rush and our employees have been working overtime with smiles on their faces to make sure everyone has their snacks for Christmas!  We have never experienced such a rush of online orders before and we were working hard last week to get everything shipped.  So the upkeep of responses and tracking number updates have been delayed.

We are SO VERY GRATEFUL for your support and your love of our products.  And our NUMBER ONE priority is getting these orders to your door by Christmas Eve.
